The Implementation Team will be engaged in various Projects for the purposes of developing UAT scripts and completing User Acceptance Tests and post implementation validation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Understand the user needs and business processes of their area as instructed by the Business Implementation Team Manager
  • Provide knowledge and recommendations, communicating with assigned team members
  • Provides User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Testing
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) where needed

FUNCTIONAL JOB COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to review high volumes of process test cases
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate - strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic typing skills
  • Reports for work reliably as scheduled
  • Able to work independently as well with others in a team atmosphere
  • Displays a self-motivated mentality and works efficiently with high a sense of urgency
  • Has a strong multi-tasking ability requiring frequent transitions from one task to another
  • Has an extreme attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work overtime as required by the department manager based on the work requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 7- 10 years of experience

Summary

Leads the Implementation Team responsible for participating in the evolution and execution of procedures for ensuring the quality of new features and releases of software. Authors and executes test plans for manual and/or automated tests. Isolates, reproduces and tracks bugs and verifies fixes. Manages and maintains defect and test case databases. Maintains Alpha, Beta and Live-to-Site entry criteria. Assists in the assessment and planning of test efforts required for new functions/features under development.
