As a Sr Product Analyst for the Product Team, you will support a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life. Functions as a central resource with design, quality, test, marketing and distribution as the product(s) move through their lifecycle.

  • Works closely with stakeholders and other Product Owners (business and technology) to define and prioritize features and stories, ensuring alignment with customers’ needs and organizational goals.
  • Understands customers’ problems in detail and ensures the problems are clearly defined, prioritized and the IT team is focused on the most valuable work for the organization.
  • Owns and maintains the product backlog and is accountable for its contents and prioritization. Accountable for writing clear, and actionable user stories.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and internal teams (e.g. developers and product owners) to identify business and system requirements.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management. Proven work experience in software development.
  • Ability to work independently and provide project and team direction given general guidance.
  • Ability to consolidate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional working groups.
  • Highly developed communication and negotiating skills, strong ability to build relationships with and lead the team in partnership with the scrum master.
  • Able to depict complex ideas, issues, and designs to varied audiences.
  • Meeting facilitation with diverse group of stakeholders at all management levels within the organization.

Desired/Preferred skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • Knowledge of Mortgage Servicing preferred
  • PM /PO/Agile certification preferred
  • Experience in Agile tools (JIRA, Azure, Devops, etc..) highly preferred

Education/ Skillset Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as negotiation skills required
  • Experience in software development required
  • Strong time management skills within a deadline driven environment required
