The VP Human Resources is responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of Xome's human resources department. The VP Human Resources supervises and provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, like compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, labor relations, etc.
As a member of the executive team, contribute to company-wide strategy formation, drive decision-making, and represent the voice of the employee.
Create a comprehensive people strategy that aligns and supports Xome’s long-term vision and goals; ensure peer executives understand and buy into overall direction.
Engage as an advisor to the CEO and executive team on innovative approaches and trends in leadership, high performance cultures, engagement and connectivity, org design models and diversity, equity & inclusion.
Partner with Talent Acquisition team to develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, inclusive of a strong employee value proposition that solidifies Xome as the employer of choice.
Deliver a total rewards framework (compensation, benefits, intrinsic rewards) that is competitive, compelling, and align to a performance driven philosophy.
Partner with the L&D team to develop high potential leaders and build career enrichment programs to create industry leaders of tomorrow.
Lead the engagement strategy that supports Xome’s culture and addresses key motivational drivers of the modern workplace; lead survey and feedback sessions to measure results as well as compete in the market for Great Place to Work designations.
Lead performance management practices that are practical, unlock potential, respect diversity, and lead to effective talent decisions and succession placements in key leadership roles.
Engage as an executive coach and mentor for talent within the organization.
Lead and/or support the company’s M&A efforts from due diligence to integration and change management.
Develop, measure and publish quantitative and qualitative success metrics that provides data-driven insights into effectiveness and sustainability of HR and DE&I programs.
