To be considered for this role, you must have

  • Experience : > 12 months  as SPA in Servicing and a minimum of ‘3’ rating in last Performance Appraisal.
  • MS Office & Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and ability to review self-created work
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work without supervision & influence team members without authority
  •  Ability to deliver ad-hoc research and analysis.

Job responsibilities include: • Queue Management • Quality control checks, Coaching & Feedback, Refresher trainings • Support team members in resolving complex queries & during ad hoc assignments • Ensure SOPs are updated with changes on an ongoing basis • MIS and dashboard preparation tasks • Contribute to team initiatives, regular team huddles, presenting of thoughts, ideas etc.
