Responsible for working with the Default Management , Asset Performance servicing, outsourcing vendors, IT and accounting departments to produce Asset Performance and Default Management reporting and system enhancements for the Collections, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, P&P and Bankruptcy areas. Develop detailed FHA/VA/Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae/Special Servicing and Private Securities procedures for these areas utilizing existing servicing requirements and guidelines and update procedures as new bulletins and regulations are released.


  • Builds FHA/VA/Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae/Special Servicing and Private Securities management reporting reflecting the operational results of the Asset Performance and Default Management areas.
  • Analyzes system needs for FHA/VA/Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae/Special Servicing and Private Securities Collection and Loss Mitigation areas based on changes and updates to regulations and guidelines.
  • Builds detailed FHA/VA/Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae/Special Servicing and Private Securities Collection and Loss Mitigation procedures utilizing existing servicing requirements and guidelines and revise procedures as new bulletins and regulations are released.
  • Monitors and tracks collection, loss mitigation, Foreclosure, P&P and Bankruptcy activities throughout the month Presents results to management
  • Completes reviews to ensure compliance with AG, OCC, CFPB requirements.
  • Provides input to the development of formal business processes.


  • Education & Professional Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred and typically requires a minimum of 2 - 5 years related work experience. Mortgage and/or Financial services experience a plus. High School diploma or state approved equivalency required. PMP and/or Six Sigma Certifications required.

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced computer and software skills necessary for job function; ability to manipulate data to create specific reports if needed.

Initiates, plans and executes projects while controlling the project lifecycle process to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions. Collaborates with Business Partners and Project teams to analyze, design, implement and/or support business application/systems. Develops detailed functional systems and program specifications using structured design methodologies. Supports customers to resolve issues with systems or business process/procedures. Provides support for key business initiatives by integrating processes, systems and information to fulfill business objectives.
