We are seeking a new AVP Product Management: Digital Marketing who has experience leading product management teams through the planning and creation of high impact digital marketing platforms, applications, and content. This is a hands-on people leader position responsible for creating great customer experiences which achieve marketing objectives.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and conducting requirements gathering discussions with business and technical stakeholders and identifying ‘goals’ rather than ‘requested solutions’
  • Creating functional specifications, diagrams, use cases, and other documentation as required to communicate the full scope of necessary enhancements
  • Authoring Agile User Stories in the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) system
  • Collaborating with Design & Copy Writing teams to produce highly intuitive user experience designs
  • Conducting Legal & Regulatory Compliance reviews and collaborating on compliance monitoring
  • Leading Agile rituals with product, design, development, & QA teams
  • Working with cross-functional teams on detailed user experience, schedules, and delivery
  • Performing post release validation testing to ensure successful launches
  • Analyzing customer account and behavior trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Continuously analyzing performance & attribution data to identify potential gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Preparing Pivot Tables & Graphs as needed to effectively communicate research findings
  • Identifying and sharing insights and recommendation through presentations to the executive team
  • Collaborating with fellow product managers to:
    • Groom the User Story Backlog in the Application Lifecycle Management system
    • Prepare and publish weekly executive status report
    • Notify business stakeholders as new features and enhancements launch
  • Maintaining scheduling flexibility due to support extensive collaboration with offshore teams.

Additional Responsibilities may include:

  • Performing competitive analysis
  • Working with vendors to plan & execute enhancements as well as report on performance
  • Developing detailed reporting requirements capable of effectively measuring the performance of all enhancements
  • Supporting the design and execution of voice of customer research studies
  • Additional projects as needed

  • You are curious, driven and have proven experience collaborating with stakeholders in a cross functional setting to define requirements
  • You are comfortable with imperfect information. You embrace the process of working incrementally and iteratively to define, own and deliver an awesome product.
  • You are comfortable working in a highly regulated industry and are prepared to do the necessary work to meet legal and compliance requirements without compromising the customer experience.  
  • You prioritize work and effectively manage to deadlines.

     

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree is considered a plus
  • 7+ years of digital product management experience with demonstrated success achieving KPI targets by leading through influence
  • 5+ years’ experience in agile environments leading cross-functional teams (designers, copy writers, developers, testers, etc.)
  • 3+ years’ experience with digital marketing including high familiarity with associated concepts, strategies, and tool sets.
  • 1+ years’ experience planning, conducting, and analyzing A/B testing results
  • Domain/Industry knowledge of the real estate and mortgage industry is a plus
  • You should be passionate about product ownership and live and breathe the user experience.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the backbone and tact to gain team buy-in and drive collaboration.
  • You have an outstanding track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time. You are meticulous and detail-oriented, and ensure that compliance and branding standards are adhered through in every stage of the SDLC. 

Position will require scheduling flexibility due to extensive collaboration with offshore teams.
