IT Manager, Infrastructure

The IT Manager is a highly-visible position, central to the continued growth, culture and success of the Mr. Cooper Infrastructure team. This person will work closely with various senior leaders in leading and executing the Infrastructure team's goals and initiatives.  Primary responsibilities include: general project management, leading and guiding a team of infrastructure project managers, providing data analysis and reporting as needed.

The ability to interact with VP and SVP leaders, building relationships, delivering presentations and quickly learning as well as adapting to challenging projects are keys to the success of this role. 

Requirements

• Must have a PMP certification or 7+ years' experience leading infrastructure projects.

• Must have at least 5 years of experience with MS Project or mastery of equivalent software.

• Must have familiarity with PowerBI or similar software to tell a story with data.
