Responsible for working directly with the Master Servicing management team to understand and implement new initiatives and strategies. This individual will require a passion for working with multiple external and internal parties and most importantly, be someone who can easily multi-task and maintain extreme attention to detail. This person will be heavily involved in business development as well as managing on-going business relationships.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Work directly with management to identify and seek new business opportunities

• Work directly with Clients and potential Clients to schedule meetings, answer questions, and assist in contract negotiations

• Work directly with management to identify strategic initiative, identify resource and provide high-level updates

• Work with various internal partners to align resources for new initiatives

• Assist in Marketing in updating marketing materials and prepare management team for conferences

• Assist management with creating Statements of Work, billing processes and other business development related documents

• Prepare specialized Ad hoc reports and schedules, using MS Access and MS Excel as needed

• Review outgoing invoices to ensure they align with the related SOW

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

Education & Professional Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred and typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related professional-level work experience within the Mortgage Servicing/ Capital Markets Industry; or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Communication: Possesses confident, articulate, and professional presentation skills. Consistently drafts written correspondence that accurately and concisely conveys messages.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Adobe Pro). Capable of problem-solving using technical software or applications. Strong emphasis on data analytics. May be experienced and proficient in use of mortgage-specific software.
