Essential Job Functions:

  • Prioritizes new product features and partners with the development team to deliver them for our customers.
  • Gathers business requirements and leads Discovery sessions to partner with various business partners and deliver value-add product features.
  • Manage product backlog and maintain VSTS to ensure high velocity for product delivery.
  • Facilitate the collection of new training data to enable product library expansion.
  • Lead SpecOps team responsible for ML exception handling (both internal and external customers)
  • Create product road maps that align with the company’s strategic goals. 

Education/ Experience Requirements:

  • Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. A high school diploma or state accepted equivalency is required.
  • +2 years hands-on experience delivering products
  • In-depth understanding of software development methodology such as Agile/Scrum
  • Proficient with Data Mining (SQL or BigQuery) and reporting analytics skills
  • Mortgage industry experience is highly preferred
  • Familiar with modern Machine Learning techniques and models
  • Familiar with Google cloud platform technologies: Cloud Machine Learning, Auto ML, App Engine, Pub/Sub (Streaming), Cloud Functions, Cloud Data Store and SQL
