To be considered for this role, you must have

  • Experience : > 24 months  as SPA in Servicing and a minimum of ‘3’ rating in last Performance Appraisal.
  • MS Office & Analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and ability to review self-created work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and problem-solving skills .

To carry out process transactions (data) based on client guidelines, to help achieve in part or whole resolution as required by the end customer within SLAs specified by the organization. Job could involve delivering tasks either through voice or non-voice medium. To assist with Quality audits, provide coaching and feedback to 'focus group members' disseminate process updates and maintain a repository of all process updates. Competencies required are Interpersonal skills, Coaching & Feedback skills, MS-Office, expertise with subject matter
