To give each person the ability to deliver on our shared values of being a Challenger, Champion and Cheerleader, we provide communities at work where team members can come together for support, development and serve as resources for the company. These groups are called Cooper Resource Teams. Each group is formed around visible and invisible diversity dimensions that foster leadership development through elected officer positions. Additionally, the resource teams provide programming for all employees and this programming generally fits into one of the following categories: connections, career development, community involvement and corporate contribution. Any team member can join any resource team - they are open to everyone.
