We provide communities where team members can come together for support and development, and also serve as resources for the rest of the company. Each group is formed around visible and invisible diversity dimensions, and provides programming and events for all employees.  And any team member can join any resource team—whether to connect through similarities or to educate themselves in something different. Every group is open to everyone.

Community Commitment
Mr. Cooper Group announced it was commiting $375,000 to organizations working hard to create just, equal, and safe communities for our team members and their families. Our DE&I team is in charge of researching and selecting the right groups to receive donations from the company, as well as each team being able to make contributions to one or more organizations that most reflects their group’s values.
