Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Anchors in India

At Rocket India, we create spaces where team members can connect, grow, and support one another, while also serving as a resource for the broader organization. Each group is based on different aspects of diversity, both seen and unseen, and offers programs and events for all team members. Our Team Member Resource Networks (TMRNs) are open to every team member who wants to be part of something meaningful. Team members are encouraged to join any resource network, whether to connect over shared experiences or to learn something new

Supports team members balancing professional responsibilities with family life by advocating for flexible work arrangements, parental leave policies, and family-friendly initiatives.

Committed to creating a workplace where every ability is respected and supported. We advocate for accessibility, awareness, and well-being, recognizing that physical and mental health matter to everyone, regardless of background, identity, or experience.
