Hear from our Coopers

“I’ve been with Mr. Cooper almost ten years now, and over those years I’ve had several positions in different departments. One of my favorite things about our culture is that our leadership team encourages us to grow. Having different roles within the organization has given me the opportunity to challenge myself and connect with people from all over the company. As a woman in a largely male-dominated profession, it wasn’t always easy to be a challenger of convention, but this company has helped me learn how to challenge myself and challenge how things are done.”
