The Pan-African Coopers Empowered (PACE) Employee Resource Team serves as an all-inclusive community that bonds Black and Pan-African professionals by emphasizing the importance of cultural awareness, inclusivity, friendship, and career growth through meaningful connections with our allies and like-minded Coopers.
