Internship Program

We offer summer internships as well as other times throughout the year. In our programs, you'll find you're included in things that actually matter from the beginning, and gain knowledge to help you on your career path.

We believe fresh talent is important to find and to develop. And we understand you can't have experience if no one will hire you so you can gain it. Here, you can build your skills and your career.

Student Debt Program

We know student loans can be a problem after college, and we want to help you pay you’re your loans and eliminate debt and interest fees more quickly. That’s why Mr. Cooper Group will contribute $100 a month, towards your personal student-debt loans, up to $10,000 in total. Find out qualifying details and limits when you talk to your recruiter.

Tuition Reimbursement

We want employees to reach the next steps in their career. One way of proving that, is providing tuition reimbursement (up to $5,250 a year!). After six months of employment, you’re eligible to apply, with future courses related to continuing your current position and next-steps at Mr. Cooper Group, as well as your career overall, typically being covered. Ask your recruiter for the full details and limitations.
